We can provide special support or consulting not included in the
other packages. Cost for special support will not exceed $65 per
hour but may be less depending on your requirements. Special Personal support
include tasks such as restoring
your database with your backup, and other consulting, or programming. This is
not for problems with your server or normal account problems that are not the
fault of you or your customers.

You will always know in advance when we are
providing special support. You will never be surprised by a
unexpected Bill.

Consulting is in addition to normal support
or priority support and must be requested by you for a specific problem or
task.
