Forum setup is an add on to all of the Web Hosting accounts. You can,
however setup and run your own forum on any of our accounts, without additional
charge. You are not required to purchase the forum account to set up
your own forum. This service is for those who would like us to do the
setup and basically just get you up and running with your forum. We
can also provide ongoing administration for your forum at a low monthly and
hourly fee.
We can set your forum up for you for a one time setup
fee of $45US.
Setup includes:

Creating a forum on your 1StClassPages.com
account.

Create up to 5 categories with up to 2 forum
subjects under each category. You can add as many additional
categories and forum subjects as you need or we can add them for you (see
ongoing administration and support).
Ongoing administration and support of your Forum
We can provide ongoing administration of the forum for
a low monthly fee of $45. We will also include Priority Support in this
package. For those who purchase the Forum Service annually, you will
also receive Two hours additional support if required. (see
personal support below).

This includes weekly backups of your entire
account.

Emergency toll free phone or email support support
(your option.
Priority trouble ticket support - Priority tickets
will be resolved ahead of others when possible. You will receive
a personal response from one of our technicians indicating the problem and
what was done or will be done to resolve the problem.
This service also includes an additional weekly
backup of your account (normal backup is a backup of the entire
server). We will restore your account on request for no
additional cost.
We will provide you with an Additional Email
account on a different server in the event yours is down for maintenance or
upgrade.
